Airsoft an the Law

With the introduction of the VCRA in October 2007 you can only buy a realistic imitation firearm (one that looks like a real gun) if you meet one of the following conditions:

  • You must be over 18 years of age to buy either a realistic or an imitation firearm.
  • You are an airsofter with membership of an insured skirmish site.
  • You are a member of a properly insured historical re-enactment group or society.
  • You are a film, television or theatre production company.
  • You are (or are acting on behalf of) a museum
  • You are a Crown Servant in pursuance of your Crown duties,

Please be sensible when purchasing, transporting or using and Airsoft related product. You are responsible for your own actions and Matlock Combat Games except no responsibility for the miss use of any products purchased from the company.


Postage

All items are posted by the most reasonable service possible, we endeavour to try and maintain the most reasonable postal rates possible but these are subject to change. Any item that is purchased is shipped at the buyers risk unless sent recorded delivery.

Any item that has free postage and packing will be sent via Royal mail Second class.


Return and Refunds


Faulty or defective items

Any item that is found faulty or defective on purchase must be reported to Matlock Combat Supplies within 48 hours of the fault occurring and returned to us within 14 days. The buyer accepts to pay any postage and delivery costs for any time that is not found to faulty. No repairs will be carried out if any fault is found to be due to misuse or abuse of any product. All products carry a 2 month guarantee and any repairs needed that are not due to misuse or abuse of the product will be conducted at the discretion of the management.

Change of Mind

Please notify Matlock Combat Games within 7 days of purchase and return the item, within 14days of notification if you have changed you mind. All products returned must be in there original packaging and unused, Matlock Combat Supplies reserve the right to apply a 15% re-stocking fee for any returns. All refunds are at the discretion of Matlock Combat Supplies.

Matlock Combat Supplies will only use information given to us with partner organisations such as E-Bay, Paypal, UKARA and Matlock Combat Games not share any information given to us with any other person or organisation.
